At Fadon, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Innerwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us at support@fadon.in.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email support@fadon.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
