At Fadon, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Kerala & South India: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- Flat shipping fee of ₹99 on orders below ₹999

ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@fadon.in with your order number and photos.
