13. Store Pickup – Terms & Conditions
Store Pickup is provided for customers who are located near our store or travelling through the Thrissur area and prefer to collect their confirmed online order directly from the FADON store without paying courier charges.
- Store Pickup is only a delivery/collection option.
- Orders must be placed and confirmed online before pickup.
- No courier/shipping charge will be applicable for orders selected for Store Pickup.
- Customers can collect only the exact product, size and colour ordered online.
- Products cannot be changed to another colour, size, style or item at the time of pickup.
- No exchange, replacement or product switching is available at the store under the Store Pickup option.
- Store Pickup does not mean that products are reserved for in-store selection or trial.
- Please visit the store for collection only after receiving confirmation that your order is Ready for Pickup.
- All other FADON order and offer terms remain applicable.
Store Pickup is simply a convenient way to collect your confirmed online order directly from our store and avoid courier charges.
